Instrument framing
SHAPR-K is framed as scientific instrumentation rather than a consumer product. The platform pairs a biasable AlScN thin-film stack with a defined DC/RF fixture so that resonator figures of merit can be extracted under a documented static field.
Phase I work targets the fundamental thickness-extensional mode near 24 GHz and is structured around the instrumentation design path: problem framing, stack and fixture definition, and a lot and test plan with explicit pass/fail criteria.
